Dick Squires initiated the restoration of Lains Barn (Ardington near Wantage, Oxfordshire) for the community in the early 1970s. Later, Kirsty set up Priory Catering to offer food in sympathy with the generous spirit of Lains Barn - the harvest supper, with home-cooked hams carved at the table on old-fashioned stands, ribs of beef, crusty loaves of bread etc.
We specialise in the grand feast with any dishes you want, from Moroccan Tagine to French cassoulet with confit.
